Senior Agentic AI Engineer (Onsite)
Reference Code: ERIMT-AI-SAE-2026-2502
Job Summary
ERIMT is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge autonomous intelligence solutions. At ERIMT, we’re not just creating wrappers around existing technology; we’re pioneering sophisticated, multi-agent ecosystems that demonstrate true digital autonomy. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining how agentic intelligence can solve mission-critical business challenges at scale, transitioning from simple automation to advanced, reasoning-driven digital agents that autonomously plan and execute complex workflows in the real world.
As a senior leader in our team, you will directly influence the strategic direction and technical execution of AI-driven autonomy solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible, integrating them seamlessly into enterprise-level environments.
Key Responsibilities
Architect Autonomy: Design, implement, and scale sophisticated AI agents utilizing advanced techniques like Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and custom reasoning frameworks.
Orchestrate Complexity: Build multi-agent architectures (using platforms like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI) that are capable of long-term planning, collaboration, and adaptive task completion across various domains.
Enterprise Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI agents with enterprise-grade systems including deep-stack APIs, vector databases, real-time data pipelines, and legacy platforms to create a fully interconnected autonomous system.
Performance Engineering: Optimize agent behavior through continuous feedback, tuning, and rigorous testing, ensuring high reliability and efficient resource utilization in production environments.
Safety & Ethics: Design and enforce robust safety protocols, ethical guidelines, and compliance standards to ensure autonomous agents operate in a secure, ethical, and predictable manner.
Technical Leadership: Guide the development and execution of AI integration strategies, providing mentorship and direction to engineering teams while fostering best practices for agentic systems.
Core Technical Skills
Programming Mastery: Expertise in Python with hands-on experience in TypeScript/Node.js or Go; familiarity with functional programming paradigms is a plus.
Agentic Frameworks: Extensive experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build and scale autonomous systems.
AI/ML Foundations: In-depth knowledge of modern AI/ML paradigms, including APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic, PyTorch, and proficiency in working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) for large-scale data management.
Infrastructure: Proven experience deploying and managing AI-driven systems on platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP) with a focus on scalability, performance, and high availability.
Data Strategy: Expertise in semantic retrieval (RAG) and managing persistent memory systems for autonomous agents to improve data utilization and agent decision-making.
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, and system design. A degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
Specialized Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing Generative AI systems and Autonomous Agent platforms.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in shipping multi-step reasoning applications or managing agent orchestration platforms in production environments at scale.
System Design Expertise: Deep understanding of scalable system architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems to support autonomous AI deployments.
Portfolio & Proof of Work (Required)
At ERIMT, we prioritize demonstrated engineering capability over theoretical knowledge. To be considered for this role, candidates must submit verifiable evidence of hands-on experience building autonomous or agentic AI systems, preferably using modern platforms, frameworks, or orchestration tools.
Please include at least one of the following:
GitHub Repository: Code demonstrating agent loops, multi-agent orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain), or custom tool-calling and reasoning workflows.
Technical Portfolio / Case Study: A detailed breakdown of a deployed system, highlighting how you designed reasoning pipelines, memory management, planning loops, or error correction mechanisms.
Research or Technical Blog: Published work or technical writing documenting your contributions to agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, or LLM-based architectures.
Submission Format:
For each submission, include a project title, a brief description of the technical stack (frameworks, models, and infrastructure used), and a link to the code repository or live deployment.
Compensation
Salary Range: Earn a competitive annual salary from $156,000 to $234,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
Equity Package: Receive a competitive equity package that ties your success directly to ERIMT’s growth, offering you a stake in the company’s future.
